Columbus, Ohio

The triumvirate of Ohio’s largest metropolitan centers—Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland—comprises one of the Midwest’s strongest hubs of business, government, convention, and tourism activity. Collectively, the three cities house some 800 hotels and more than 76,000 rooms. These host travelers visiting institutions as diverse as The Ohio State University, Fortune 500 businesses, professional sports franchises, the Cleveland Clinic, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Meeting and group business also plays a key role in Ohio, with major convention centers in Columbus and Cincinnati and a new convention center and medical mart underway in Cleveland.

Many more of the Buckeye State’s big cities—including Toledo, Dayton, Youngstown, and Akron—are known to travelers nationwide. The U.S. Hotel Appraisals office in the capital city of Columbus can help you with hotel studies and appraisals in urban, suburban, and highway markets across Ohio and surrounding states. We also collaborate with other U.S. Hotel Appraisals offices to coordinate work for multi-asset assignments across the country.
