U.S. Hotel Appraisals Completes Successful First Quarter

Dallas/Fort Worth, TX - April 8, 2006 - U.S. Hotel Appraisals, a national hotel appraisal and consulting firm, announced a successful completion to their first quarter of the year.

In the quarter, the firm completed over 50 engagements, inclusive of three portfolios and 37 individual contracts. Illustrating the diversity of their client base, U.S. Hotel Appraisals served over 27 different clients during the quarter, including Wachovia Bank, National Republic Bank of Chicago, and GE Commercial Finance.

Russ Rivard and Amy Bjork of U.S. Hotel Appraisals attended the AAHOA Conference in March at the Venetian in Las Vegas. Both reported a highly successful trip and conference; AAHOA was highly attended by hotel owners, lenders, developers, and service professionals. The U.S. Hotel Appraisals booth was a popular venue, with multimedia displays that offered a successful presentation on the firm's services and products.
