U.S. Hotel Appraisals Launches New Web Site

Dallas/Fort Worth, TX - September 5, 2008 - U.S. Hotel Appraisals, a national hotel appraisal and consulting firm, launched its new web site today. The web site was designed by Havoc Interactive, a Denver-based interactive marketing studio. Havoc designed the firm's initial site, which was launched in early 2006, and is also designing the firm's new site for The Lindenwood Group.  The Lindenwood Group is the company's new appraisal division to handle a broader array of commercial properties beyond just hotels and motels.

Concurrent with the website update, the firm also recently released a new report that provides the industry with a user-friendly format, enhanced graphics, and additional informative components.  

U.S. Hotel Appraisals is one of the nation's largest hotel appraisal firms and is dedicated to the limited-service and select-service sectors of the asset class. In 2007, U.S. Hotel Appraisals completed over 400 engagements.
