New office brings state-certified appraisal expertise to limited- and select-service hotels throughout the Pacific Northwest.


Seattle, December 9, 2010: U.S. Hotel Appraisals has opened a new consulting and valuation office in Seattle. Managing Director Kasia Russell and a team of professional hotel consultants and appraisers will offer cost-effective services to limited- and select-service hotels throughout the Pacific Northwest. The Seattle office will also collaborate with other U.S. Hotel Appraisals offices nationwide to conduct portfolio assignments.

A Seattle native, Kasia earned her bachelor's degree from Western Washington University and went on to acquire front-line hotel experience with Extended StayAmerica and Best Western. She has also worked for the Hotel Bellwether in Bellingham and the Skagit Valley Resort in Bow. Kasia is a state-certified appraiser and has conducted or supervised nearly 200 hotel appraisal and consulting assignments for major hotel brands, investors, and independent owners.
