Russ Rivard - Managing Partner

As Managing Partner of U.S. Hotel Appraisals, Russ oversees the firm's largest accounts, spearheads new service initiatives for the benefit of clients, and coordinates an integrated team of appraisal and support professionals to conduct hundreds of hotel assignments each year.

Russ earned his master's degree from the University of Arkansas in Operational Management and is experienced in rooms division management. Russ is a state-certified appraiser, has completed over 200 hours of specialized appraisal classes and has consulted on hundreds of hotels. He is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.

In his spare time, Russ watches his children perform gymnastics and play soccer and volleyball. He also enjoys racquetball, running, and listening to classic rock and roll. During the fall, backyard cookouts give Russ an opportunity to watch Dallas Cowboys games with family and friends, and golfing brings his extended family, who are spread across the U.S., together once or twice a year.
