In addition to hotel appraisals and market studies throughout the Midwest, our St. Louis office is able to coordinate with other offices around the country for large-scale portfolio work.

Dan McCoy – Managing Director 

Dan McCoy is the Managing Director of U.S. Hotel Appraisals’ office in St. Louis. Dan earned his bachelor's degree from Truman State University and has front-line hotel experience with Hilton and Denali Park Resorts. Dan’s history as a hotel consultant and appraiser includes a wide range of limited- and select-service properties in markets throughout the country, with a special focus on the Midwest. He has well over 100 hotel appraisals and studies to his credit nationwide.

Dan lived all over the U.S., including in Maine, Colorado, Alaska, and Pennsylvania, before returning to his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. He still enjoys snowboarding and hiking on return trips to the mountains. At home, Dan spends his free time with family, volunteering at the Saint Patrick Center, and cheering on the Cardinals.
