The MainStay Suites brand is a mid-priced, midscale, extended-stay product that caters to professionals on long-term assignments. Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeper sofa, a separate work area, and a walk-in closet. Other amenities include a complimentary continental breakfast and manager’s reception. MainStay Suites also offers a 24-hour automated check-in/check-out system with concierge assistance. Primary competitors include TownePlace Suites by Marriott and Candlewood Suites.
