John Lancet, MAI coordinates the U.S. Hotel Appraisal efforts in south Florida, and his team is the authoritative voice on hotel valuation in the state. The Florida valuation team’s experience with hotels dates back more than two decades and ranges across hundreds of lodging properties. John has appraised and/or consulted on more than 1,000 hotels, resorts, vacation ownership, and mixed-use developments located in 22 states and 26 countries. A graduate of Florida International University’s School of Hospitality Management, John is a certified general real estate appraiser in Florida (RZ 2554) and holds an MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute.
