Director John Berean, and his team have worked extensively on consulting and appraisal assignments for hotels across Northern California, Arizona, and Nevada. John oversees the firm’s Northern California office; he is based in San Francisco. John Berean has extensive experience consulting in lodging markets throughout California, Hawaii, and the western United States. Born and raised on O’ahu, John is based in San Francisco, but maintains a presence in his hometown of Honolulu.
