Hotel Appraisals

Our hotel appraisals are USPAP (self-contained format) and FIRREA compliant and designed primarily for limited-service and select-service hotels.

Most of our hotel appraisal engagements are completed in two to three weeks. Our fees normally range from $5,500 to $8,000, depending on the individual asset and the agreed upon scope of services. Our fees are inclusive of travel and all related expenses, as well as a Smith Travel Research trend report ordered for the subject hotel's specific competitive set (as available, a $400 value).

Our appraisals are designed for hotels generating up to $4.0 million in annual rooms revenue. However, if your asset is a significant full-service property or one earning notably higher revenue levels, we welcome the opportunity to discuss a collaboration.
